    So I should sign you up as USSR? you can't have 2 rulers of a country in this RP.


    We need the USA. If you don't want to play as them than I suggest one of the Korea's, Japan, Australia, a South American Faction, France.



    I am still not decided how to do armies, I am open to all suggestions. I was thinking it based on chance in some way being both are of equal strength and I don't want anyone OP. I have a dice here????? @Shisno @DukeofAwesome
