    Stranger things have happened. Seriously though, this f0rum has a weird effect on people. You sign up as moderate, friendly person - Within 3 months, you're a hatefilled political extremist. The coffee house (Political/history/philosophy sections) has turned into a big, factionalized flame war. I'd advise staying away from it.

    Hmmm. I say Mao. Stalin gets a pass in my book since there was that whole kerfuffle with Germany in the 40s that he helped with.

    I was going to be cynical and say Churchill, but then I figured that in spite of being an insufferable asshole, he was never actually in a position to act on his loopy personal views. And he also gets the free world war 2 pass.

    Intelligence =/= Knowledge.
    Simply because someone does not know English to the extent that a college student in the United States does not constitute a lack of intelligence.
    To assume so would be to call the billions of people on Earth who don't know the English language stupid.

    I might add that the English language is also considered one of the most complex and confusing languages.

    Bear in mind also that, regardless of the language, humans tend to make mistakes now and then.
