Ok this is an edit to Article 4 of the Constitution.

Article 4

All relationships with any other sentient species, Humans, space dolphins,etc. are forbidden as they will taint our pure Hiver blood. No exceptions will be made. All other sentient species must assimilate to the Hive or to worship the one true god, the Queen of the Hive. Only Native Hivers are allowed to serve in the armed forces unless they are jetisoned out of the airlock with an explosive device on them.

More changes can be made as no constitution is perfect.

I belive that we should design far more ships each more diffrent then hivers and space dolphins so that our hated enimuies the tarkas will never be able to adapt to our fleets as they have in the past because they will be facing different ships in every battle thus their attempts to adapt will be met with horrible defeat.
