Glorious Lord-Emperor Stalin, my new proposition is more recklessly insane then the first two.
After we have completely westernized,invade Russia and completely annex it. Then declare war upon all of Europe and then invade. With our vast glorious armies and the power of westernization, we will be unstoppable! Then, after the slaughter is over, invade both north and south America. Soon, all of the most powerful nations in the world will be nothing more then provinces of our glorious Empire.

Westernization has finally occured my family and I living in Beijing were overjoyed when we heard the news! It is a great day in China indeed thank you Stalin! Dear Emperor Stalin,

So the other day I was walking down the street, high-fiving all of my fellow (newly Westernized) Chinamen, when I noticed this cloth factory. It wasn't there the day before, but lo-and-behold we had a shiny new factory! As I approached the doors, I noticed that thousands of people had begun streaming into the building, carrying toolboxes and handsaws! They appeared seemingly from nowhere; I had never seen them in my life, and not one of the villagers I spoke to recognized any of them. The next day, 7000 more showed up. Only now, the factory was at capacity. So they spent their time carousing in the taverns, drinking our excess tea, and throwing darts at the aristocrats like any normal citizen of the great Empire.

A week later, a new factory was up. Cloth again, it appeared. That put a good number of these strange folk to work, but it was almost immediately full again. Now these strange toolbox-wielding, dart-throwing men refuse to do anything but chase noblemen through the streets with their handsaws! I beseech thee, Emperor Stalin, to put these men to work in more factories (though I think we have enough cloth), so that our fair village may resume the bi-weekly Piss on Aristocrat Lands and Livestock contest!

I neeed you to consider going to war with Russia. They are moving there armies around our Northern borders. I saw some spies the other day, and hit them with my broom. They later took my daughter and killed her. We must go to war with them and teach those dirty Russians a lesson!

Dear Stalin,

i ask you to not listen to this man and his ludicrous ideas on what our relations with Russia should be like. I myself am a member of a middle class family living on the border of Russia (I am an officer in the border guards). I believe that we should do the complete contrary of this mans suggestion and establish a firm relationship. I see daily how many resources go into the northern border and the amount of troops stationed on one of our largest borders. They could be put to much better use in other places especially in the British border now that we will soon be able to meet the British in military technology. Not only will china gain a safe border but also a very strong ally. Russia and China together will have the largest manpower in the world, and can stand together to check the British, they will think twice before attacking China if they knew great Russia would fight on our side. Yes we would gain some enemies which are enemies of Russia, but Russia will also gain our enemies thus the two great powers will share the burden of larger wars.

I will also like to congratulate you, glorious leader, for leading us into this golden age of prosperity and indstrilisation and improving our military. You really have The Mandate of Heaven. China now holds its true place in the world as a great power! Think how much greater it would be with a great ally too!
Now that we have much more influence, I would like to recommend annexing Vietnam if it dosent result in War with another Great Power. It sits on our south laughing at us, thinking China was never strong enough to truly defeat them, it is insulting! Although this should only be a background goal dear Emperor.
