Even though the neighboring countries hold superior weapons, their armies hold few numbers; so even if we equip sticks and rocks to these potential recruits, with minimal training, I can lead your troops to many victories. Many may die, but with increased taxes, not only will you be able to field this massive army, many more peasants will flock to join your great army.
Once enough recruits have joined your cause, no country can stand in your way and even those white devils will have to think twice before attacking, your majesty.
