    I think we should create a strong friendship/alliance with Russia, this will not only keep a large chunk of our border safe allowing us to not worry on the northern border, it will also increase trade and give us a check to other European nations until we can get civilized ourselves. It also clears one of the greatest equals to China and we will gain a powerful ally.

    Stalin's westernization plan is a good one but he cannot do this fight alone he needs a counterweight to the British, one that will make a war against Britain a global one and prevent them from sending in the full might of the British empire. When war does come i propose letting them penetrate deep into chinese territory and then using superior chinese numbers to surround them and cut them off then obliterate them
