I know this is a month late and I'm sorry but lucy was wroung when she said you only see one foreign army in the game. You see the

Czech Reisistance.
French Armor and bomb squad.
German Helicopters.
S.A.S ( NOT 141 )

I am just on act 3 mission 2 also.

The 'Czech Resistance' is not an army, neither is a type of helicopter. the S.A.S would be an army, 141 would be a branch of that army. Don't try to bring up African militia, because they aren't an organized military army of a country.

So, the only other 'army' you see other than U.S branches (Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) are British S.A.S and French GIGN. I don't know of the Russian army but I am betting it's made up by the game producers.
Just had to point it out.

I guess the Czech Reisitance isnt an army but a german a couple helicopter units kinda are part of an army. And your right abotu Africa milita, they are more like a terrorist group.

I haven't played MW3 in a while, what helicopter was it? I guess they could be an official unit, or merged with another army on the count of Germany being overrun by teh ebul Rushans!

I honestly havent finished it yet but when in the opening scene of the berlin battle there were about 5 helicopters in front of you and as I keep playing that level right now you get a couple orders from a german tank commander. You have to consider like in WWII most countries that were being invaded only had about 1/3 of they're army left.
