Not even close. =P Most of Europe is done(I just need to do Germany, England, France, and Poland), America is going very well, but I need more people in the Mid-West or else I'll just give a bunch to other people. Other than that, everything I planned to do in the Map is just about done except India and a lot of cores. I still need to get flags working. Seeing a bunch of blank white flags isn't very menacing at all, nor identifiable. Then I could release the mod. But it will be pretty dull without really any events or decisions to give it flavor.
Edit: UPDATE! A lot has changed in the world so far. Mostly in North America, but some in Europe too. [attachment=1:1bgq42sr]V2_14.jpg[/attachment:1bgq42sr] I've circled the points of intrest. I need to finish localisation on King of Hip Hop and Prince of Wales so their names are proper. I've changed Sweden into Sporky, because Sporky did an LP of Sweden a while ago. I need to make Epicheezegrader and Mayor Emanuel still. I've been having that nation problem again is all. I can't seem to find the Suez province, but oh well. I'll find it eventually. I've just not gotten around to you yet. Other than that, not much has happened. I'll keep you guys updated, but for now my focus will still be on North America and the Middle East. If anyone from England, who isn't already on the map, would like to be given England, I could do it pretty easilly for them. Sure, one sec.
Actually it's not so bad. It looks a lot worse than it really is. It's more of a "the dice has been cast" sort of country in that how the AI plays the first few decades of the game shapes the entire future of the country. So if you beat Chelsea, you'll be a super power. If you lose, you'll be beaten up on. In the Final Version, ideally you'd have perfect cores on the entirity of Yugoslavia, so if you win you take like half of Chelsea's empire. Speaking of which, I except to be able to release an Alpha in about a month or so. It would be sooner, but my family and I are going on a vacation and I don't want to work to much on it. I'll try to do somestuff while I'm on the plane though, just to pass time and I could do a little snip here in the downtime at the Hotel between Dinner and going to sleep. It's a two week vacation, so you know.
The map's looking pretty cool! My country's actually a lot bigger than I thought it would be. You can take as long as you want since I'm going on a two month vacation soon where I won't have any internets at all. I hope that progress goes very well and I can't wait to see this released!
Also, is there any progress in Asia? Have any nations been put there because I don't think you've shown us a a map of Asia yet.
Awsome!!! looks great! Alot of the action will probaly be in eourope and the Americas though, so you mifght want to give people colonies in the middle east, Asia, and Africa to make it interestingover theire, if you do i would like dibbs on the era where the UAE is currently in cause i was born there (also lived 3 years in Oman ). Oh and have fun with the family! keep up the good work too!
The only real progress is Che in North Korea and Chelsea in Japan. Vietnam, parts of Western India and the borders of ETW Marathas are taken.
