Thats a Really good Idea. Although it does not reaally fall into the whole Civil war portion of the Mod. I can make it a Civil war If you like or are you really Adamant about keeping it the way it is?

how about if event 4A or 4C happens a pro-democracy nation will arise and that is the civil war.
