Everyone may be a little bit rascist but what Che and Kara are doing has crossed a line. Don't they say that we don't want to hurt those people well Che at least does.

When have I said that Natives and Africans(but apparently not Asians) were inferior to Whites?

I've said their cultures were, usually, inferior. And I've even gone so far as to point out to you guys some examples of civilized people in Africa/the Americas. For instance, the later Zulu, all of North Africa, the Mayans, the Incans, etc.

I don't think Kara was racist in saying the stuff he said in the "Imperialism". What he said was extremely dumb, but it wasn't racist per-se. It was borderline. He's saved by the fact that he's 13.

Matt was EXTREMELY offended, not just "a little". He's Jewish, it was so freaking anti-Semitic, also probably directed at him personally a bit also as they do not get along. Why do you want his hate here?

Matt wasn't that much offended as annoyed the shit out of. He didn't take Che seriously because no one takes Che seriously.

And no, while there was some anti-Semetism, it wasn't very anti-Semetic as anti-Israel, which is perfectly allowed.

Also I don't want "his hate" and I find it foolish you would even consider me identifying with wanting hate. I want his contributions and additions to the forum back and thanks to you guys we'll probably never have him back or at least as the same Che.

He might return, he might. But this Che will be never be as active as before, in fact he wasn't even after just 2 weeks, imagine a month.

So no, he should only be banned for 2 Weeks as Hate Speech for anti-Semetism.

It was obviously racist, and as much as I disagree with the rules regarding racism, I can understand someone not wanting to have that sort of thing on their site. Plus, from what I understand, Che would have been banned anyway for insulting people.

He was banned for both, just the Hate Speech part is the fore-front of the arguement because it makes Che look a lot worse.

But like I said before, if he was given a fair trial(trials are illegal currently, but you know) we probably could've nullified the insults and reduced the Hate Speech charge. It's shortening the ban that would've been hard because technically he'd still be up for a Month+ unless we managed to remove everything.

Not to be the de-sensative one, but either Matt mis-portrayed the situation, you blew up what he portrayed a lot, or the system is so broken the mods had a back and forth about how terrible Che was.

I probably wouldn't have been near as pissed if he hadn't put up what he had AFTER the pictures were removed. I'm pretty hard to offend but that crossed the line. I didn't blow the situation out of proportion at all and nor did I miss portray it. And it really bothered me so much because of shit I didn't talk about on the forums, but I did tell Chelsea about. And how do you know how I feel? Seriously. It's one thing to argue the point of the pictures, but you can't tell people how offended to be by anything.

Anyway, basiclly you're arguing for a month ban for like, 5 lines of text or something. And from a source no one takes credibly. You've let personal opinion of Che influence how far the judgement should go. It's the same reason why I shouldn't be involved with any judgement related to Demondaze(for example), because I'll be "deeply offended" and take the situtation out of proportion.

Also the broken justice system kinda doesn't work, but you know, we don't really have enough people to not have a biased "jury".

Israeli Vampires, the racist nonsense afterwards and then some stuff about wanting to kill random Western civilians kind of is what got him in an unfixable position.

A completly fair trial? Probably he would've gotten a month again but a lot of the charges would've been lifted.

Also I don't know what we do when he comes back. Does he have like 8 warnings or something?

he broke a rules and it put him over the top for the next lvl of ban since he has been banned before, it was going to be 1 month no matter what rule he broke as long as he got a warning from it. and how is the system broken kara? you've use it and won getting a warning taken off. sure sounds broken.
