    I believe the alliances were pretty weak, but not as bad as you would think.

    Actually we can just blame the whole war on Serbia and their nationalist ambitions, as well as 1 century of the most warring period know to man kind. Russia should have just watched Austria-Hungry eat Serbia from afar...

    That makes a sort of sense I guess. I certainly would'nt want the other main powers in Europe against me.
