Yep, it is also unlucky that it is in the center of Europe.

    That is not you're concern...
So here's what we've discovered: Serbia started it technically, Austria declared war, Russia intervened, Germany assisted it's ally and declared war on Russia (It should have ended there but no...), France declared war on German's to assist Russia but really to get Alsace-Loraine back, UK being an evil, Imperialist country at the time declared war on Germany for prestige, colonial expansion, and kicking Germans out of the power-struggle, and we joined because a U-boat sunk a ship with Americans on it.... And they called this a just war?

I wonder how Europe still exists...

Better than in the Middle Ages when people would start wars over insults.

A lone Serbian lunatic technically started it. France was allied with Russia, thats why they declared war. (Though they did want Alsasce-Loraine). Britain declared war becasue Germany marched through Belgium to attack France and Britain has long been a protector of Belgium neutrality. Not 'cause we were evil.

I think its fair to say both Britain and France did some serious exploitation at Versailles. However that doesn't change the actual act of Germany invading Belgium being the cause for us joining the war.

We weren't being "evil imperialists", we were protecting the Belgians, which was completely reasonable. Sure, we did get a good amount afterwards, you'd want some too if you'd just witnessed near a million people die as a result.

France was allied with Russia to start with.

The USA joined the war because the Germans sunk the Lusitania, 128 American civilians died. Germany also tried to get Mexico to join the war.

May I remind you that Germany was very aggressive before the war to France and Britain especially.

Everybody in the time was very imperialistic, so I see why they exploited Germany's defeat, the problem is they paid for their actions 20 years later.

Everybody paid for it 20 years later. The Germans and the Russians, most notably. I'm not supporting the Treaty of Versailles, I'm just saying, it was unavoidable at the time.

To the question, no. As for who should be blamed, Austria for the annexation of Bosnia. If they hadn't done that the threat of war would have been hugely decreased.
