Shogun Food Supply

    I do not like this new food supply thing in the new Total war. What are your thoughts on this?

    I like it as well. Without it, would the game be any better? Probably not. But without it, people would be able to rely less on interstate trade (as they could easily spam markets and boost domestic production) and build massive armies.

    I do, however, dislike the fact that it makes the beginning of each campaign very slow if you do not enjoy making armies consisting purely of ashigaru units.

    I havent played the new total war game so do you need food supply to recruit armies or what?
