Imagine if they revamped the diplomacy and etc system to make it akin to a paradox title. Rome 2 + Crusader Kings 2 = Orgasm
Its gonna be optimized to your personal computer so you can enjoy it no matter what your specs are!!!!
I usually follow a code saying that if it seems too good to be true, it usually is then, but this seems flawless, @slydessertfox so you mean you can have the shittiest computer on earth and still play it?(or something close to that?)
Thoughts on Roman Legions? Historically thy didn't fight individually like how the engine handles shogun how do you think the battles will play out?
That's what it said. It was on a pic describing the game. @General Mosh can upload it I'm just bout out of 3G in fact I shouldn't even be on.
The only thing about the Roman Legions that rustled my jimmies, is that you can't "Split". Roman Legions used tactics on hoplites to split the Legion and go on the flanks of it. They should add a "Split" option that makes one legion into two.
I was wondering how long it would take CA to finally individualize its models, thy barely did it in Shogun and finally they did it, I hope i hope I have a computer by then.
Late 2013, right? Well, that's another reason to get a new computer next year. Let's hope I have the money for one by then.
That's certainly true. We haven't really seen anything besides promises and some concept art, although apparently they have a small demo that people have seen. I also wonder how unique the units will be, that was always one of the strong points of Rome, and was something that was lacking in...well, just about all TW games after that one.
The unit's in rome total war weren't that unique, only the major factions had unique units the barbarian usually only had re skinned units from larger barbarian factions, this was especially true for BARBARIAN INVASION. I hope they fix that. And i hope they make the units more balanced as roman infantry and cavalry demolished everything. Also hope they make carthage rely more on mercenaries instead of their own troops.
