You have too much faith in the court system.

Lol, since when is removing tax breaks, and slightly inconveniencing the rich mean looting? I don't want to make them poor, just, you know, ACTUALLY PAY TAXES.

Actually they should GTFO, but since we can't do that becuase they're animals putting them in Zoos works too. Also, it's not like they belong in any one place. They belong in a place where they live long and breed well. Zoos actually do that better than Nature.

Imposing restrictions reduces economic growth. Sometimes they're necessary, but mostly it's to save some variety of animal no one cared about or even knew about until they heard it was going "extinct".
Also that's only if, what, all of the plants die? We're perfectly fine if we destroy Rain Forests in the Amazon or something.

Courts work, I don't know where you got the idea that a Jury can't put 2 and 2 together.
Except you know, all those failed trials.

Anyway, taxes in and of themselves are forced. So might as well be looting. And that's more the beggining than all it is. Next it'll be minor tax increases, then moderate ones to make things "fair" then we're ready to Nationalize their companies and destroy their fortunes.

Oh sorry, I didn't know I should listen to Tree Hugers about whether or not we should cut down Trees.

Why don't we just ask Coal Companies whether or not burning coal can hurt air purity?

yeah lawsuits work that's totally why workers are still suffering health effects while working for these companies and long after and hurting the surrounding environment.

Health effects? Not in the West, I ashure you.
Except maybe stuff like Espestus, which is actually a good example of Law Suits working to well. They would destroy companies who even bought out the Espestus companies just by association. Not to mention burning Espestus Companies to the ground.

    As for the environment... Meh.

If you damage the environment it come and get you pollute the water and you drink your dead or sick. Also asbestos (which is how it's spelled) causes serious health effects and should be illegal they are making money at the expense of someone's health.

We can purify our water, you know.
Also, since when does logging and mining pollute drinking water?

The Asbestos industry is already dead, the Courts killed it. At least in America, maybe backwards Canadaland still has it.

Yes, my Science Teacher tended to make us.

One was about how we're about to run out of oil, the other was about Japanese trapping Dolphins in a bay and stabbing them with spears. Neither really motivated me to be Environmentalist.

remember the cuyahoga river fire? well that is why we have the EPA today. and what about the clean air act- the epa says that will prevent about 230000 premature deaths by 2020. this isn't about envirementalism it's about not killing the hunam race with pollution

Dude. Global warming (fuck everybody who says its only"climate change") is real. You know there are living things called plants that put more oxygen into the air. Yeah since we kinda live on oxygen, we need them. Saving the environment is important.

I'm not a big envirementalist, but I am pragmatic and i know what happens when we pollute, introduce and invasive species, or start tinkering with the food chain. It's not good for anything and should be controlled as much as possible, that being said america's GDP has increased about 230% since the creation of the EPA so i don't see a huge economic problem with it.

and slydesertfox global warming is actually called climate change becuase it causes extreames at both ends of the thermomiter. you'll see colder areas and hotter ones, not only a tempature increase. for instance europe is going to go through another ice age when the glaciers melt.

A little, but they were getting in the way of the fisheries. It was the equivilant of killing off crop eatting bugs, really.

Oh really, because back in 1970 we all heard the same thing. Only it was Global Cooling that was going to kill us all.
    It's real, just incredibly over-hyped.

Also, we do, but there's plenty of oxygen to go around. Losing a few rain forests wont cause us to all sufficate or something.
    Plus they grow back.
