But it is indeed true that Gaddafi forces were truly winning. They had the strategic center of Libya denying any unification of Rebels of east and west.

Also if things get worse Gaddafi could use terrorism as he did in the past. Maybe even ask the IRA or the Red Brigade for a few "favors" even though they aren't really in existence any more..

Rebels have been tying dead African bodies to the hoods of cars and shooting their guns in the air while they drive around, if that isn't to instill terror into people, mostly on Africans due to their racial hatred towards the African race, then I do not know what is.

Some more good news, Mr. Obama, recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, is going to be challenged on breaking the constitution, and many of the congress seem to be in favor that he has no doubtingly breached the constitution.

I am actually saddened by the democrats, normally I hate the right wing with a passion, but they seem to be the only sensible ones in this situation and are calling for an immediate pullout of Libya.

Has he used Terrorism? No. Has there been terrorism through Libya? Of course, just like there have been terrorists through Canada (The gentlemen that were planning on bombing the CN Tower) and in almost every Western Nation as well.

Sorry, there seems to be some technicall dificulty, I saw your answer. However, it was not consistant to my question. I was refering to Mr. Gadafi himself and his use of terror using foreign mercenaries to supress repression.

The rebels control about half of the total population.
