Going from Episode 6, I'd list these as Stalin's priorities, in order of urgency.

1) Conquering Canada, New England, and Cuba.
2) Sending an army to Iberia and aid the CNT-FAI.
3) Sending an army to India and adding the Commune.
4) Invading the rest of the Americas for Syndicalism.

Then we'd have to see the new World stage before making another list.

I can tell you 1 is already done, and he should just ignore the Americas. Take over Spain than go through France into Italy and Germany. And just ally India assume military control and win that way.

Edit edit: So watching the ending, Stalin almost gets the idea, I guess. But what's the use in invading Mexico? Mexico will always be there Stalin, plus I think they're already Radical Socialist and thus already on your side. You need to get Brazil before La Plata, your political enemy, gets to powerful and you lose your only foothold in South America.
