    So here's a question, it seems until just 40 years or so ago Homosexuality was considered a human defect - is it? It almost seems like it would be considering homosexual can't, in theory, reproduce.

    It was considered so much a defect that we would have experimentation on them to try to discover how to cure or "understand" the gay gene. We tough that homosexuality meant a sickness of the mind (compared it to pedophilia) infact there where alot of times when people would be killed for being Homosexual.
