Yeah ok lets trade recipies. * means I'm not sure about the right quantity.

    YOU WILL NEED!

1 large white onion finely chopped

150g(*) of cheese sliced into small blocks (pretty much any type of cheese will do)

    200ml (*) of milk

    15g of SOME BUTTER!

1 tin of tuna or salmon or any fish (can be substituted for nearly any meat, 1 chopped chicken breast will do)

1 ramen block with packet of flavouring

Salt and black pepper to taste

    WHAT TO DO!

In a wok melt the butter over a medium heat and fry the onion until golden brown stiring with a wooden spoon. Add the blocks of cheese until they begin to melt being careful not to let them burn and stick to the wok. When they begin to go soft add the milk and stir, turn the heat down so the milk does not boil and curdle. When the cheese has fully melted, add the meat to the dish, if you are using tinned fish, flake in the meat with a fork and add salt and pepper to taste.

    MEANWHILE!

Let that cook on a medium heat, while you prepare the ramen block, it should come with instructions but you generally have to pour 200ml of boiling water over them in a separate saucepan and add HALF the flavour sachet. Add the other half to the 'soup' mixture you left to simmer and stir in. when the ramen is cooked (water has been absorbed and the noodles are soft) tip the ramen noodles into the soup mixture and stir in. Cook for 2 more minutes and then take it off the heat.

Dish up into a bowl, serve hot and enjoy with chopsticks.

    Om nom nom

As I read that, the "manly roar of PEPPER" played in my head as the voice of Jeremy Clarkson.

Sounds Really nice! I will try your recipe as soon as I can get my hands on everything needed. (Only gotta convince my mom to drive me to the store :p )

One more thing. If you are going to keep posting recipes you should create a new topic so it´s easier to find.
