What do we need to be transparent about.

The idea of forum transparency is the one thing I don't like about the reforms. Some things are not meant for public viewing.

    "Forum Reforms"

Honestly, if he wanted to Stalin could just run the whole damn forum with an iron fist and delete everyone that said something he didn't like. The system is fine. This isn't a government, this isn't a country. The worst thing that could happen to someone on this forum is getting their feelings hurt, there are no great and important implications. IT'S A FORUM. You can't start politicizing things like this. As long as you follow the rules, which are completely reasonable, there is no need to. This kind of crap is what takes away the whole purpose of this site, entertainment and discussion. Instead we are sitting here arguing over things, that in reality, don't have any real effect on peoples lives.

Sounds completly unnessisary and rediculously overcomplex. But I love politics so I vote for.

They do have an affect on people's lives, actually. Everything does. Even if they weren't real, and were just part of my imagination, my life would still be affected by it.

Ok, so it's pretty much certain that reform is imminant. Now...

Who do we make the tribunes?

That sounds like a highly contested spot. Anyone who says they don't want it is just trying to sound nice. I'm pretty sure we all want one of the new spots.

Actually, you're jumping the gun there. Saying this based on a chat with Stalin. You should wait until the decision has been made before going off on all of that I think.
