    You can change the settings. I have it where only my friends can see it. I usually talk about what is going on in my life.

    Seriously? The entire point of facebook is to network your experiences with other people so that they can read them. You make a facebook for the SOLE PURPOSE of giving away your personal information to people.

    While I agree with the idea that the availability of content from one user to the viewer is too much, you really shouldn't care much for it, it's not like you have to put any real information on it. I don't, everything about me on Facebook is made up and I restrict myself from posting my real face on a picture, posting any real information about me, or buy anything online with a credit card or mail order, as I do with every single website on the internet, even this one. (somewhat) Also, I barely use Facebook anyway, so that specific company is not a problem.
