Someone had to, I'm not ever going to take quotes as proof. And that seems like a legitimate concern other than "I just don't like him". It actually says Fey is convinced Kali is going to damage the channel. While that is almost certainly untrue, it is still a legitimate concern and it has nothing to do with Fey's personal view of Kali.

There's no reason to suspect him of doing anything like that.
His statements in the Mod's Corner clarify that.

They severely dislike Kali and therefor do not trust him. Yes it is a personal issue but no-one trusts those they dislike.

There may be no legitimate reason to suspect him, but because Fey has that concern, Kali should respect that concern. Maybe now that Kali has a reason why he is not on the channel, then he can take steps to convince Fey or Gabe that these concerns are unfounded and that Kali will be a constructive member of the channel.

While disliking me is a retarded, terrible reason for disbarring me from posting on the channel, the main problem I have is that they explicitly advertise the channel as being open to anyone who can upload.

Which should change. Either by accepting you as a contributor or clearly stating that they will allow only those they trust to contribute.

First, disliking you is not the reason, not trusting you is the reason. And you can convince them not to think as such. Second, if they believe you being on the channel will be damaging, its perfectly reasonable for them not to let you post on the channel. Once again, you can convince them otherwise without calling their logic retarded and terrible.

I think everyone here realizes that this isn't a very good idea. We don't want a whole bunch of Napoleon Multi's sign up for the forums, post once in the introductions, and make a video to send over to the NKVD channel, a video which might harm the channel. So, if you are known to be a bit of a douchebag amongst the community, or a brand-spankin'-new member of the forums, the likelihood of you being trusted with making video's for the NKVD channel isn't so great.

I'll spell it out for you shall I? You see, while Fey and Gabe may be wrong and their opinion that you would damage the channel may be unfounded, it is still a legitimate concern which you should properly address in a PM instead of trying to make them look like a couple authoritarian and biased fools.

If I were Kali, I personally wouldn't want anything to do with a channel managed by Fey some guy Iv'e never heard of. Hell, if I were me (which I am) I wouldn't want anything to do with said channel.
