We then start conquering the pieces of the broken NJR. We raze their cities and rebuild it. This time with walls and cannon. I take their weapon armories that I find. The cities are rebuilt into walled, skyscraper city fortresses. We did this just because I hated the government rule of the NJR and I ask for the Vikingar's help We start to develop warrior classes. After the news of the Covenant attack hit the government of the SSA they looked out of the window and saw an army approaching."Those cocksuckers are attacking DC!Bring in the SF."Said the president. And with that the defensive began with the Special forces paratroopers raining from the sky. The DC offensive of the Covenant got bugged down in the outskirts.The SSA has started to retake the lost settlement of Salvage Hill with 3 howitzers and 20 mortars and 2 Special forces armies with 2 regular infantry devisions.The walls have been breached but the inner city was full of soldiers so we had to retreat to the farming area of the settlement.

"We shall seal the fate of the old government with the destruction of NJR!!" We decide to capture zombies and catapult them into your lines to cause panic. Then we fired our artillery at you. We began our counter-offensive. We send a contingent of zealots to your flanks. They are given flamethrowers for dealing with the zombies. For your planes, we decide to use Flak cannons that we originally used for long range artillery. The conscripts are sent first. Then the zealots and marines. Meanwhile, we decide to start inventing prototype tanks and jet engines. We have much success with tanks after experimenting with an Abrams and T-72A. The new tank has two 105 mm guns in the front. Spikes and sometimes a bulldozer blade. It has 5 .50 cal machine guns. 2 are located near the 105 mm guns, 2 on the top hatch and 1 for the back hatch. The tank is 35.5 ft in length and the width is 9 ft. The height is 10 ft tall. The armor plating is Titanium Carbide with tungsten alloy. The tank is named H-1D Onager-class tank. We have little success with jets however. Because we need a working example for that.
The mutants prepared for a possible war. With the thousands of new mutants, man power wasn't a problem. The problem was all about training them. Some won't listen and others can't understand. Ammo and guns are plentifle and they have plenty of vehicles, yet most mutants can't use them. Education is hoeing slowly. There are two schools, one for the young and one for the rest. Some mutants have also become mercenaries even though the president (new leader) has supported neither side. The basic layout looks something like this... The SSA asks for the help of the mutant community becouse our manpower is running out in our fights. The retake of Salvage Hill is complete with the Covenant forces surrendering when their supplies run dry.At the northern front fortifications and underground tunnels are built at the border. Philips and his family goes away from the SSA to travel to the city of Las Vegas.
The leader of the mutants appeared infront of the town of Tempe. Cameras watched as people using mutant electricity sat on the edge of their seats waiting for a response. Now these two bitter nations have grown weary of a never ending war, that can only lead into despair and chaos. I fear, that if the two do not put aside their quest in conquering the other, that this world, and the next, will fall into a dark and bottomless pit where family means nothing, and truth is non-existent. As I look to the futur of my own nation, I can only see our involvement with either side being the end of our mighty nation. That is why my decision is to stay out of this war. Perhaps when I am gone, that this nation maybe in such a disgusting war, but as I stand in power here with you, your sons and daughters will still go to school; your wife and husband will come home safely after work; your neighbors, human or mutant, will be living besides you. sure i do... but i base my faction on the vikings hence the name vikingar. We may be short on manpower especialy after the war with the njr but we can still raid the era oround youre river provinceses, were not declaring war because each captian of a ship can decide whatever he want's to do, I'm just giving them a green light to bombard and raid some of youre smaller towns... well unless you pay tribute ofc, then i will tell the captains that youre era is of limitis to raiding and any raid commited on youre lands will be punished.
News of bombardments on small cities spread across the lands. The president had to think of a course of action and quick. Electricity was easy to create, and not many used it, yet to give into these demands... It was commonly frowned upon... He decided he will give the Vikings 40 car batteries with the request of either trading or simply coming to get one once a week... After all that, the mutants began working on a new secret project...
"Kilo 686, prepare for heavy bombardment of Salvage Hill." "Roger, commencing bombardment." The enemy troops inside the city are being heavily bombarded by six divisions of artillery. Then we decide to send in a contingent Onager tanks with zealot support. But conscripts are sent first to be human sponges for bullets. salvage Hill was cut off in 6 hours after Onager tanks encircled the city perimeter. Then the Rangers were sent in for bloody close quarters engagement. The battle lasted 7 hours and 31 minutes. Then the mop up operations commenced. The city walls were then rebuilt as nothing ever broke them and the army proceeded to New Philly. "Proceed to New Philly for planned siege, Gen. Gattlious." "Yes command, sending the main part of the army there." "Yes but harass New Atlantic City with artillery, that should soften them up" "Yes command." "Oh and rename Salvage Hill into Paciscor(Latin word for Covenant) Nova The main army was driving full steam to New Philly with Onager tanks and rangers first to be there to assault the city.The routine was simple. It was bomb, charge, stab, destroy and rebuild. That was the policy of the high council of the Covenant for military conquests. First the remaining artillery bombed the military sections of the city. Then makeshift catapults with zombie projectiles were hurled to infect the city and to make it easier to destroy and "cleanse" of Old World Fanatics (as what we call the NJR). The zombies were hurled after the third bombardment session. The zombies managed to infect a fraction of the citizens and soldiers but the city still fought against the Covenant. So the main command decide to send in the Elite main Zealots (see last post of unit classes). The Elite Main Zealots were dropped off by gliders pulled by old WW2 era planes. Some gliders were destroyed by AA fire but most made it to the city. The battle was bloody mostly in favor of the city defenders because the Zealots were cut off. But then Onager tanks storm into the city and turn the tide with their ramming and demolishing ability for buildings. The battle raged on for 13 hours before the City's defenders pulled back into the sewers. The Covenant flag of Purple and Red with the Rifle and Sword crossed together in the center was seen standing on the highest building in New Philly. However the war was still far from over.
After the pointless loss of a million people the SSA surrenders.The president sent out a messege to the covenant and vikingar to hold a congress.It was held at the town of Lizzville.A pact was proposed by the president of the SSA Mark Fletcher.The pact said that the covenant can get the parts of the former NJR that Dud explored,The Vikingar would get the whole city of Boston If they let the New Jersey area independent,and the southern colonies setting up an independent democratic government.

The Covenant adopts feudalism by families and clans. Many families and clans were established. Extraneus begins the Extraneus Family. The families and clans can only fight for the throne when the ruling family dies off or loses its hold against other families and clans. In the fight against the NJR, we have taken a considerable amount of their territory so I propose surrender or peace by giving two cities to the Covenant and we will leave you alone just as you don't provoke us. We will cease hostilities immediately. Better hurry, our legions will continue after 4 Days. So the Covenant decides to expand westward. Away from the other civilizations near the Covenant mainland. We start by besieging a neutral city state called Waltania to the west. We start by bombarding the city with artillery, then proceeded with hurling zombies to the city to cause panic and infection causing the citizens to become zombies that are easier to kill.
