But I have to also defend the voice actors here, it makes it all the more interesting if the voice actors are improvising a little bit, throwing out some extra, instead of just reading the lines aloud

The unpredictability makes it all the more interesting. E.g. if the defence is stumbling with pressing at the wrong time and the wrong things, the prosecutor should punish the defence with objections!

If you're gonna have voice overs, then please can they just read out what's written, and not add pointless nonsense.
