the remakes terrable the orignal is better but still not the best and if they make a sequal I would prefere them to make a shit ton of them to stop the dawn series coz that although it is a classic its out dated and the more resent ones were the worst
I just finished watching this movie, I found it to be somewhat funny. Not that I find a zombie apocalypse funny, but all the little things I notice and would do if I were in that exact situation, such as shouting random numbers into the radio so that guy doing the countdown gets confused and looses his place, making him start over again. And the plot was extremely predictable, being able to label which characters would live and die at the start. And I really hated the Sheriff's wife who pretty much served the role of being about as smart as Princess Peach, the other characters were pretty much just cardboard cutouts with generic personalities (main character and knife magnet, main character's dumb-as-a-guppie love interest, weak necked zombie bait, and trigger happy redneck) none of which have apparently never seen an episode of Scoobie-Doo and don't know that splitting up is a terrible idea. The military is smart enough to study up on their role in the generic sci-fi movie plot, so they go in and shoot some shit then simply nuke and forget, but unfortunately aren't smart enough to create a cure for the Bio-Weapon that they la-dee-da decided to ship cross the continent to be incinerated in the most rickety planes they have available when they should just equip their research facilities with incinerators like they should be doing. Also, does it mean that I spend too much time playing video games when my first thought for what they should do when they incapacitated a soldier is kill him and loot his body for goodies.
