    Remember, warnings decrease one point per month and they can also be appealed.

    I've actually been told that people with bans still can't run, observer. Maybe you should fucking understand the legislation before you make a decision about it.

    Well he has one active point remaining and since the next election is in 2 months he will have no points. While Link has 2 points but will not be able run if the nominations happen before the 9th of September. I also forgot about the rule that previously banned people can't run so Karokoran can't run actually.
