In this topic I will post which Ranks are up for grabs right now, including a description of what are your responsibilities. If you want to apply for one of those, hit me with a PM, stating for which Rank you apply and why you are qualified to do it. Rank: Captain (Cpt) Description: Second in Command. Has the same responisbilities as the CO of the regiment. Mainly organization of every day regimental life, including the likes of: scheduling, maintaining an up to date roster, recruiting in the forums and on TaleWorlds. Looking for: 1 Rank: Lieutenant Description: The Lieutenant is responsible for taking over ingame business in the absence of the CO. This includes commanding in practice and Line Battles if the CO is not able to participate. Looking for: 1 Rank: Sergeant Description: The Sergeant is responsible for carrying out the orders during Practice and Line Battles. If soldiers are not following orders, he is the one to get them back in line. He also is responsible for taking suggesting regarding organisation inside the Regiment, and relay it up to the CO if he deems it worthy. Looking for: 2
