Hi  guys! I'm Loginusername from Boston and I wanted to get a really good research question in off topic, save my brain from reality now. I have been Netflixing Deadwood Season 1 and I wanted to get your ideas about it. I'm into the last few episodes and now it is really heating up. The reverend is about to die from brain cancer(funny to watch him stagger and stammer like a british royal member) Bullock has just found out Alma's father is a scum bag and is probably going to do her even though his wife AND kids are en route to Deadwood,SD. So you get the idea, it's good, not to mention the ongoing question of how long Deadwood can get on as an independent territory not yet annexed by the US> It's goingto bea good one!! And interested in other HBO Series though I have notseen the Soprano's.
Rome and Band of Brothers by far... First 2 seasons of Entourage were good as well. Fotc was beast while it was out, but it has a pretty quirky sense of humor to it
Less then the tears of joy when I found out they made a 2nd season. If you listen to their interviews about it, they really exhausted all of their material in the first season, and had to be convinced to do a 2nd one. I'd much rather they maintain that high quality of work, then just pump out shows for a commercial purpose. Often we assume that entertainers are just an endless well of creative output, but these guys admitted they just didn't have anything left, and I commend them for it. But yes I would watch anything they attached their name to even today.
Rome is the greatest TV series I’ve ever watched, I still can’t believe they actually canceled it. Band of Brothers and The Pacific were also quite good.
