kill all "we are all citizens thread"

Mods can you please start a containment policy on all of the "we are all citizens thread. if you see a new thread please please please kill it!

As much as I'd like to, people do have the right to make shitty unoriginal threads. -_- I guess if other mods see it as spam we can start cracking down on it.

Here's an idea: If someone creates another 'we are citizens thread' don't read it. People are entitled to make threads discussing whatever they want to (provided it isn't against the rules). and if people want to roleplay in a thread then they can.
