    If it was up to me, the forums would have only a handful of rules, and pretty much all of them would be stuff that keeps the boilerplate legalese garbage that prevents people from shutting down the site.

    Please explain. I honestly don't think that would be a good forum, and I'm not just saying that because I have some irrational hatred of you. It sounds like there would be a lot of personal attacks, unhealthy arguments and shitstorms. It doesn't sound like a nice environment/community.
