There not, I don't look for that, they take advantage of people and think there "cool", I like smart girls who are awesome and are aware of the world, not bitches who take advantage of the untapped gold mine that is needy nerdy smart boys, who they essentially make them there harem and have people fawning over them and get treated like a princess, bullshit.
People are people, some people are assholes, some people are not. I'm not sure if your High School experience went the way it did for me, but the way it went for me was, to keep it short, nice. I didn't often see it in women at least, but most of the time the people who did try to capture attention were often males, and I could name a few who are not so 'fucking awesome'. Maybe that's just because it was a Canadian school. I tended to stay away from them, there was a lot of girls who were that way, but didn't very well understand. So, when one of those 'girls' wanted to talk, and not about guns 'n' boobs 'n' Teenager stuff, they'd talk to me, which was nice. So, I spent a lot of time around females, the males in my highschool were cynics and douchebags, nothing out of the usual, but this kind of behaviour is to be ignored, and if ignored, will really piss them off, and maybe make them want to change.
Admit it if you where a girl, you would exactly do this. lol atleast that is what my manly brain says.
Nerdiness is a characteristic that I enjoy in girlfriends, but it isn't the be all and end all of everything. It makes them more accepting of my habits/hobbies, which is a big bonus. It makes both the hobbies and the girlfriend more fun, and who doesn't want their girlfriend to like the same things as they do? Because it's a somewhat uncommon combination, such girls are often put on pedestals. Not every hot nerdy girl is awesome in every way. My second last girlfriend was smoking hot and fairly nerdy (not Lucy level but she played PC and console games, loved sci-fi stuff etc), but she didn't like how busy I was (I worked at the time, studied, and because I live mostly alone I have to cook clean etc) and didn't really get my sense of humor. Conclusion: there are big upsides to having a nerdy hot girlfriend, but that doesn't mean they aren't immune to all the other downsides all other girls have.
Because they are hot... I don't care what category they are in (well unless it's super bitchy and dumb). they can be hot and nerdy, hot and emo, hot and sporty etc. Males generally think hot females are awesome.
I like both, but to each his own. Though the term "nerd" has changed in modern times, and the whole 100% obsessed and super socially awkward part of it has been relaxed a lot.
Why? Because they only exist in the heads of unattractive nerds such as you or me (or just me). That and these days 'nerdy' is as much a 'look' as anything else. Big glasses with no lenses (that were probably a stupid price at TopShop or some hateful 'quirky' store) do not make you a nerd.
They aren't. Most gaymur girlz are fucking disgusting hambeasts who don't even play video games. Occasionally you'll come across one who plays cawadooty solely to attract the attention of males. As for "nerd", it's not even a personality anymore, it's more of a fashion thing. Like those girls who wear huge fucking black glasses with no lenses and too much lipstick and pose with duckfaces and excessive cleavage in pictures they post on the internet, usually posted with the phrase "lol im so NERDY xD!!!". There are a few stereotypical "nerds", however, but only in the form of incredibly anxious shut-ins. Most of them turn out to be control freaks with hilarious fetishes. In conclusion, they're all bitches and whores. It's best to go for the average ones with no boobs. There's a shop down the road that sells tarot cards and incense. I went in there once. I don't even know why I did. I think one of the lads convinced me that there were free palm readings and I ended up getting really uncomfortable in there. There was a kind of goth shop in the back, but I didn't want to go in there in fear of getting bummed.
Well that's awfully hypocritical. I personally don't care as long as we find some common ground (namely sense of humour) and she can't be a prude. People who are all uptight about sexuality should get fucked ;D Most gamer girls I've met are just nintendo noobs.
