The NKVD is a highly structured and organized unit, with the singular goal of crushing all opposition. While the clan is highly structured, our rules remain few.

Rule 1: Serve the Clan’s best interests.
Rule 2: Respect your fellow Clan members. They are comrades, and brothers in arms.
Rule 3: Show no mercy to opponents.

The Clan it’s self is structured in a similar fashion to the old Red Army. At the top there is the People’s Commissar, and Commander in Chief. This position will permanently be held by me, across all games and operational branches.

My responsibilities are to handle all organization and structural issues, promote Field Marshals, oversee any disputes and resolve them, and to handle large scale, muti-branch tactical organization. If you have a game you wish to add to our command structure, you come to me.

The next position is Field Marshal of (Insert game here.) To become a Field Marshal you need to have a sharp wit, supreme tactical skill, and leadership ability. It is not an easy job, but a prestigious one. The Field Marshals will handle the bulk of the operations within their game of operations. For example, our Field Marshal of Starcraft II will plan any large scale Clan on Clan warfare, as well he will ensure his soldiers are in their peak conditions. Field Marshals must also appoint commissars within their field. The Field Marshal must be the best in his given game, even better than me. They must be the top in their field, for the responsibilities granted to them.

The next rank is Commissar. Commissars are appointed by their Field Marshals in their game of operations. Commissars act like Centurions in Roman times or sergeants today. They lead their soldiers in battle, and drill them when not in battle. They are the squad leaders, and officers of the NKVD.

Finally we have the rank and file soldiers. The men and women who fight bravely for the clan and bring glory upon themselves and others. Without the soldiers we have nothing. To become a soldier, just ask anyone above you.

The NVKD will be split up into operational branches. One for each game loosely tied together by me. With each branch there must be one Field Marshal, and it is up to the Field Marshal to promote Commissars.

To get promoted to Field Marshal, you must ask the CinC, and he will promote the best person. In order for me to maintain that they Field Marshals are the best of the best, know this. If you believe that you can do a better job as Field Marshal, YOU CAN CHALLENGE THE CURRENT ONE TO A DUAL. If you win, you will be promoted, and the loser demoted.
The Dual must be overseen by me, and it would be best 3 of 5, in order to prevent fluke wins.

If you want a new game to be added to our operations you must ask me. Then prove that there is enough interest, and that enough soldiers can be recruited to maintain operations.

You can only maintain one Field Marshal position at a time. For example, you can’t be a Field Marshal of Starcraft II and Call of Duty, but you can hold a Field Marshal position, and multiple soldier or commissar positions. The number of games you can be a soldier or commissar in are unrestricted.
