When man was born on the planet Xion they stayed together and didnt wander just stayed together as a single city thus as a result technology developed 4x faster than on Earth. in the year 254 man had already developed the first gun! But in the year 370 many had not liked the current goverment's Communist Dictatorship and started to Revolt! Production of technolgy soon stopped since man was divided. By the year 400 the goverment had no hope of staying in power for long and all still loyal to the Goverment had launced themselves into space to avoid death. They stay outside the atomosphere and still thrive on there space ships. No way in or out of the planet. Planet Xion looks like this now, Before the revolution 95% of the planet had been covered by the city. More than half the city is in flames and every day more and more people try to make there own country in small disticts of the city. Rules- 1. No godmodding ( 3 strikes your out. Anyone can annex you! ) 2. Each District has its own farms, factories, and products. Refusing to trade is futile! You shall soon collapse. Ex. Country A has bullets, clothes, fish and corn. Country B has Guns, Basic Computers, and clean water. You have to trade to have essential stuff. Insert your Country Name District ( 50 in total ) 4-5 products. The government's stationed troops and policemen abandoned the army and police.The people made a new system based on productivity and unity and thus the Regional Federation was born.The factories,mills were rebuilt and production was resumed. The new government relied on the foundation of Old government's (Stalinist) communism with a council of representatives and the head of state:The National Chairman who is chosen by the masses.
OOC: just wondering, what if we take over say a district not belonging to a Forum member, say like The Lone Star Republic invades Disctrict 6 or District 8, will we get like more production or like maybe +1 new product? Also can we make like Flags for our Districts?
We send out a Messenger to The Farmers Republic to see if they would like to trade and or make a small alliance. We also sends out scavengers to other districts to find some other supples
District 17's factories are back on their schedule but they don't have anything to produce. So the new D.17 Design Bureau is founded. It will gather all engineers,creators to plan out useable Ammunition,Tanks,APCs,Military trucks. But to use these we will need an army.The current government has built 2 training centers to build up the army of conscripts.They will need weapons so we propose a deal with the Fel Empire.We give them weekly 20 tanks and 15 APCs for our share of produced firearms.
OOC: Ive finsihed making a Flag for The L.S.R. today in my computer science class with photoshop, will try to upload it this afternoon. IC: The L.S.R. have started to make new designs of CQC combat knife, they will be handmade until the factories have more manpower to staff them. Our scavengers have found a working radio, we can only recieve messages, we will have our engineers try to make a 2 way radio but this may take some time.
The L.S.R messager finally arrived asking for a trade deal. The farmers are not big fans of anyone outside their district, but they agree to do so.
