sadly no so yea unless you trust me to be an ork and not cheat the best we can do is grot snipers or random events in the city.

OOC: Yea getting rid of some grot snipers is probably better than any random event from the host because random events usually turn out bad.

ok then RANDOM EVENT! reports of something in the sewers under the city provoke rumors. The civilians (that havent been drafted) fear for there lives and that of there families. Troops sent in to investigate.

I will send 3 squads of riflemen to investigate the sewers. Just in case, one sentinel walker with a heavy bolter is sent with the squads in case its something big.
