I've not only noticed their "birthdays" and website attachments on the bottom of the Index page, but now they're fucking making threads, I propose deletion of these spam messages OR a restriction in posting which does not allow a brand new member to post until 1 week (or a set time, debatable)

They've been making threads since the beginning of the forum. We deal with it. The threads are taken down the moment we see them. Just report them. But restricting new members from posting isn't a good idea and wont help the forum at all. *goes to clean the bday list again*

Although, it may seem unfair, a rule about this explaining to real new users would be useful, and only for a day or two, at the most.

I think the forums should debate this more before we put this to bed.

Meanwhile, I need to be put to bed.

    Peace out Y'....Chelsea

If new users can't post we risk them leaving. Shouldn't punish legit users for the actions of those who aren't.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry - the mods get rid of it quick enough, although I do feel sad that it seems to happen every day

You can't tackle it without posing restrictions on new members, as if this forum wasn't unwelcoming enough. I think the mods are doing a semi-par job at cleaning up, though they should control their crazy tempers and grudges.

I dont even notice it unless I look at the B-day ticker.
