    Chavez will just spray more oil money in the general direction of the population, and rig the election. I cannot fathom him losing.

    What's with everyone thinking it'll be rigged? The last one wasn't so why would the next one be?

    What does that even mean? Does that mean that he will spend money on things people want? Why is that a bad thing?
