Do you own/shoot guns? What is your favorite gun? What was the first gun you have ever shot?

    I own a Mosin Nagant m91/30, an AKs-47, a Dragunov, and a Makarov.

My personal favorite is my Mosin, because it has the most history behind it. With it actually going through WWII. All of the other guns have just been issued through the soviet union, but have never seen action.

The first gun I have ever shot is a little .22 rifle, I was about 11 at the time :D

Never shot a 74 before, how do those feel when you shoot them? Was it loud?

We got a bunch of guns, but they're all pistols, hunting rifles, and shotguns. No AKs or anything like that.

I think you can also legally own a flamethrower.

Yes. I have several. My favorite handgun is my broom handle Mauser and my favorite long gun is my Mosin Nagant. I agree with the OP that WWII vintage firearms are awesome because of their history; but even without any history the Mosin would be my favorite because it's a great shooter's rifle. The first firearm I ever shot was my Grandfather's single shot .22 rifle. It was his as a boy, was passed down to my father, and ultimately to me. Since I've no children of my own I will pass it along to my nephew when he's old enough.

I believe your also in Canada. Remove a part of the gun make it unusable so you can still have it but you can't use it.

Because it's hard to get guns? FFS it's easy to turn a semi-automatic weapon to an automatic weapon with just household materials, especially an AK-47.

AK 47, i know its unoriginal but theres just something about that gun i love, its got soul, and it was the gun i was issued with so i guess thats also a reason. The EZ9 would have to be my favorite 9mm, its not the best but its good. I alot have a lot of antique guns from my grandpa, he was a colector, most of them still work.

As for gun ownership, i guess making it a hassle is good as people that dont really want them will not get them, the ones that do will get them illegally anyway (black market). Im not against gun ownership, i wanna know that when some idiot breaks into my house i dont need to worry.
