how about a mod where you can just make NCR and Legion faction units spawn occasionally in groups, and converge on eachother in fierce firefights, or a mod that brings back BoS and the Enclave and just add them to the fray of awesome events that take place in the entire game. or, replace NCR armour skins with U.S modern military, or any other era if you want, and Legion skins with armour's of any countries' military in which the U.S had fought at one time, like Vietnam, Korean, Chinese, German, etc. One more, a revolutionary mod, where one faction (larger ones) plays the role of the oppressed and angry revolutionaries, and another faction (smaller ones, like the Powder gangers) will play the role as a police or military trying to quell the rebellion May I say, Are YOU a REBEL!?
