Manchester has an incredible amount of gangs, street level and organized.

Anyways the only gangs we have are the A gang and the B gang (stupid names) basicaly just a bunch of forigners who had a blood fued. But i live in a town so the only gang vilonce we have is between two racial minorities on the west side of the town, but they have all been arrested.

There are some petty gangs here in Lawrence, though I think they mostly do graffiti (so fucking annoying) because the amount of police here is pretty insane (college town). My hometown had no gangs that I know of, though the largest city in my state, Wichita, had the honorable title of most murders on the same street in the entire nation.

People want drugs, and there's only one way to get them, through criminals. What the hell do you think gangs do? Hire kids to do what? Push drugs. The whole damn country be put under martial law? Why would I live in an area with gangs? It's just poor parts in and around cities. You should watch Friday, or Training Day, good movies about the hoods of LA.

Mexico and America have two different kinds of gang problems. Mexico has a "Cartel" problem, while America has a "Street Gang" problem.
Again, I feel obliged to tell the whole story from the beginning, but this post is too damn big. So I'll do it in a bit.

As weel as the cartwll mexico has the largest concentration of MS13 mebers. The most ruthless street gang in the world. The goverment had a big crack down on them a while ago so they attacked a school bus with machetes and left a message to the goverment not to mess with MS13. It's sad but true.

What I was saying is that poor people have to live in "the hood". Places like "projects" and the such. Nobody wants to live there, but some have to.

The Mexican Government declared martial law in the most heavily gang and cartel infested areas. MS13 is more of a prison/steret gang in America, than a Mexican Cartel gang. But you're right, they are one of the worst, if not the worst.
