    Because of the war in Vietnam the world has ignored the Bolivian war SAR troops flood in the communist rebels have taken over city. The leaders of Bolivian gevernment flee to Mexico and all Bolivian government forces surrender. Bolivia is annexed into a greater SAR.

    USSR, I offer my backing of your backees in the Bush War in exchange for Communist Rhodesia to be part of Commonwealth along with metal trade deals. Additionally I will attempt to negotiate a peace treaty, and pull out British colonization/imperialization in Rhodesia.
    I will also offer a unit of SAS to take out Ian Smith, leader of Rhodesian nationalists.
