Veepstakes 2012

This may be a little premature, but I want to know, who should be or who so you want to be Mitt Romney's Vice President. For me this is the best part of the election(if your candidate has already lost).

The main names being thrown out now are FL Governor Jeb Bush, Governor Cris Christie, Governor Mike Huckabee, Paul Ryan, Governor Mitch Daniels, Cathy McMorris Rodgers, & of course Senator Marco Rubio.

Now personally I am backing Marco Rubio for the job. Great guy & one the the best speakers I have seen in a long time. Mitt needs a talker like him to beat the Obama Ticket. He is basically a game changer who won't put his foot in his mouth.

I would also love Mike Huckabee. Another nice guy, comes from my own state, tons of experience, etc.

Cris Christie.

YES!!! MY GOVERNOR!!! Actually, I don't care who his running mate is because I am very opposed to his policies. And I've come to like Chris Christie a lot less lately, once I actually took a look at his policies.

Well this is just a What-If. If you were the nominee, who would you pick?

I don't really pay attention, but from what I've heard its most likely gonna be Rob Portman. If I were him though, I would try to get Trump on board

I know, but I don't think he would take it up if he was offered.

I think he is too self centered to find the Vice President's Seat a respectable position.

Probably. I have the feeling he might even have trouble only being president. That guy is built for absolute power.

He isn't poised for it at all. A Trump/Cain Ticket would be the biggest mess ever. CEO's would be power hungery beasts in Washington.

NO! FUCKING HELL NO! Christ Christie is awesome and Mitt Romney is an asshole. If he goes on Mitt Romney's ticket, I will fucking flip.

Anyone on that ticket could have their career ended in a second.

Not could, it's a guarantee. Romney is gonna get completely destroyed in these elections, and his VP will go down with him.

I am okay with throwing Rubio into that meat grinder. He has so much power. If he runs in 2016 he'll win. Can't have that if Perry runs again. So what do we do? We set him up & sink his career with the Romney Campaign.

I feel like a super villain.

I still can't see a Republican candidate winning in '16, especially if the economy is back on track by then and Obama is elected this year.

Who can you see being a democratic nominee in 2016 (if Obama wins this year)? I'd say probably Hillary Clinton, with Obama backing her up. That would give her a good chance of winning.

I'm pretty sure that by 2016 US will be under a military dictatorship. THAT'S RIGHT BITCH, COUP IN THE USA! YEAH!

We don't have a Julius Caesar though.

I believe teh Senator would benefit well, having a true Conservative on the ticket after all.
