    I have two questions concerning this.

    Exactly who all prescribes to treating me like some kind of demi-god?

    And why do you do it?

    Because I don't get it.
    I don't get what I've done to deserve such praise.

    I think people praise you because you're a better choice than Vulcan.

    Someone needs to take toast's place as a forum celebrity, it appears to be you. Lesser members will now swarm around you like they do with Chelsea and matt (before he left). So good for you.

    I just don't feel like I've done anything to warrant such a drawing...

    EDIT:
    @Epiccheesegrater
    Why is it a competition between me and him?

    I never said it was. It's just that when Vulcan joined the tribunal elections he seemed to demand copious amounts of praise. If I remember correctly, you opposed him. Maybe people dislike him enough to praise you in an effort to spite him. It sounds completely ludicrous, but it could be true.

    EDIT: Or maybe they just praise you for reforming and reviving the NKVD.

    It is a mixture of things. I have been observing so called "forum popularity" on this forum and some others for quite some time. One of the things is your user name Name, You rarely see a "popular" forum member with a long name, or with spelling mistakes in it. Chives is also an ingeniously simple name (like Toast). The other is your character, you don't necessarily have to do anything important or post anything noteworthy as long as you make yourself noticed. Take Toast for example allot of his posts were utter bullshit regarding fake sexual fantasies. Another thing is that you aren't afraid to cross any users, you say what you want and stick up to your opinion whilst allot of other users try to remain neutral all the time. There are plenty of more things but I will probably end up writing all night if i go on.

    My opposition to Vulcan's campaign was strictly political.
    And I highly doubt that that of all things is what attracts people to me...

    And as for reforming and reviving the NKVD, I hope people will recall that I said that I should not be the person to do it, since I am not a clan gamer.

    I'm a political philosopher and social critic.
    That hardly qualifies me.
    I only ended up doing it because no one else would step up and take the initiative.
    The only reason it even happened was because I saw it as being to important to die on the second page.

    EDIT:
    @PineappleJoe
    Well... thank you

    @ddbb
    And I suppose that could be part of it.

    If that's the case, then I have no idea why people treat you as a demi-god and shower you in praise.

    I pretty much explained it. Although i have noticed that non of the users on this forum have reached the popularity level of "TheClap" on newschoolers. Then again that is a much larger forum...

    That may be so, but Chives may disagree with you on your point.

    You're right. I don't understand why people would be so stupid as to like you either.

    Seriously get the fucking number right if you're going to bring it up everywhere. I'm 14 now.

    And secondly, how does age factor into whether or not people like you at all? Are you to imply 13 year olds can't make friends on all counts? How is the lack of being 13 to make one a charismatic fellow in that alone? I know several not-13 year olds whom are socially awkward, by such logic they should be fairly popular.

    All in all it's both irrelevant and baseless.

    This line was incredibly funny when I read it out aloud in my head in such a really whiny "But MoooOOoooOOOooom" voice.
