I ONLY kissed a girl once I became a freshman and most of my friends still haven't. Believe me, your options always open up more in high school. Also, when you know someones former boyfriend, its always a good idea to get on friendly terms with him, and then broach the subject peacefully. Especially in a school like yours, with so few members (I remember you saying like 300?) you should know most of the people in the school. Also, you don't have to really like a girl to get to try to know them, do you? Just have a sense of humor, be nice and flattering, but not overly flirtatious. Talk to them regularly, but not every chance you get.

Well that is true because we have 3 schools that merge into one High School. We have about 800. Most people don't give a rat's ass if I go out with the girl I like. They think she is a slut.

No-one owns anyone and anyone who attacks someone their ex is dating either physically or verbally is acting like they own that person and not letting her live her life. Yes, I understand its not to me =P. I'm actually ok if someones flirting with my current gf, as long as its not too serious, because I understand flirting is natural. However, if my gf is flirting back, I'm gonna have a problem. Although I would understand if a girl breaks up with a guy, and then is dating a new guy later in the day or even in the next week, then a guy has a right to be pissed because a girl doesn't move that fast unless something was already going on between the ex and her new bf.

Bullshit. A lot of women desert their men specifically to go off and gallivant with another male, which is akin to adultery. In that case, the man has every right to be pissed off at someone pinching his clunge. In cases like these, jealousy is fully respectable and it definitely earns the culprit a frivolous thrashing. Letting them off with a petty verbal squabble is not honorable. Blood must be spilled in order to cleanse the ex's shame.
