    The resemblance alone was pretty conclusive. He spoke quite like a more organized Napoleon but you could still tell because he occasionally said something weird/nonsensical, shared similar views and likes French people. On top of that, he just happened to be in the exact same town. Furthermore, he reacted suspiciously when accused. One of them is not enough, but combined that's plenty.
    Maybe he's just taking a break from games? I've done that many times.
