Wait, was the IP address the same or was it just from the same town? Because if it was not the same, I doubt Napoleon would set up a proxy from the same town.

edit: There could be multiple users from the same town you know...General Mosh is right down the road from me, and he is not a multi account of me.

Tip: Remember women are always right no matter how flawed or stupid they are, because of the following "there women" its the secrets of the universe, we only wish we had such power to rule as such and relate cannibalism to capitalism.

It's very possible since all he has to do really is restart his modem and he gets a new ip.

You also don't act like General Mosh and have the same profession as him and react extremely suspiciously to being confronted. Most of all, the mods are used to dealing with Napoleon accounts and you are not.

We should have done the "Coldplay" test.

More was done to determine if it was him or not than just what was posted.

I have not been confronted about being a person I know of as a historical figure. I just have a feeling that this time it was not Napoleon.

And that's fine. It also is not going to change the ban.

I never said it was going to change the ban. I just dont think this one was Napoleon. Im not asking for you to change anything, Im just saying, I just think we got this one wrong.

I have faith in Chelsea and the mods, and don't think that they would have banned Nostalgia without first having enough evidence that collectively proved beyond reasonal doubt that he was Napoleon.
Did you think he had honestly changed, or was just trying test the waters before jumping in? You might be a little naive here.

I am gonna throw out some more random things to ponder here. Napoleon has not been on steam for over a week and a half. This account was created Saturday. No matter how much Napoleon could have tried to improve his grammar, there is now way in hell it could get that good in a month from where it was the last time we saw him as well.

edit: And didnt we just have a member recently falsely banned for being thought of being Imperial? I know we unbanned the account but the point is, mods can make mistakes.

There is more evidence to support that Nostalgia is Napoleon than there was to support Imperial being banned. In fact I was opposed to that. This ban has my full support.

I think Napoleon would have at least been on steam once during that time.

Actually if you saw Napoleon's last epic rant against us, his grammar has improved by a whole lot, and mods never make mistakes.
