    Being the all knowing being that I am, the solution is to do something casual. Then slowly grow closer to her over two to three weeks with gradual connection. Then eventually, when you've done what you can to see if she likes you back by this point, confess and pray to God she accepts.

    Mind, this plan assumes she's in your league.

    Although she has the effect of making people go crazy if she says no, like for example my former friend who asked her out and got told no and then went down a path of suicidal talk before eventually attempting it so many times, we eventually just told him to do it already or get the fuck out of are life. Don't know what happen to him, and this happened to the girl I like 3 times now which I expect she has some sort of mind control.
