    Captilists - Money is easier to create.
    Intelligent - The industry and agriculture will be more advanced (better industry and agriculture.
    Bad-
    Guarded - Assinations are less likely but people are more likely to revolt.
    We request as trade agreement with all countries and ask for an alliance with Germany, France and Italy. We also invest 6k money into our infrastructure and industry to ease the burdens of the current economic downturn. We also set a primary focus on building up our economy.
