    Well, I know I'm not...or was I? I remember having this conversation with a few people, it basically means a lot of people are by definition "immigrant". I think we came to the conclusion I'm by definition a second or third generation immigrant because my grandmother was Austrian.

    Yes. But still, it's one out of three Dutchies.

    That doesn't make you an allochtoon. You are an allochtoon if you or one/both of your parents originate from another country.
    EDIT: I should add that around 50% of the allochtonen in the Netherlands are German.
