    I would choose... Turku if it would be an independent nation, otherwise USA (mainly because George W. Bush Jr. and Obama getting the Nobel peace prize for not doing anything)

    That's a pretty shitty reason to dislike a nation, or a person for that matter.
    Also I would blame the people giving out the Nobel Peace Prize, not the people who receive it.

    I am deeply sorry for summing up my thoughts concerning USA at that moment.

    And by the way, one thing I really dislike is that the people of USA has taken the nationality "American" for themselves... They should be called UnitedStatesians.

    I wouldn't say a hate any nation. I guess the nation I dislike the most is Iran or China. They have just been a pain the past few years.

    Yes, you still took it from other Americans.

    The point is that if you're, let's say, a Venezuelan your also American (Venezuela is in South-America) but when you say that you're American people think you're from USA (and that can be interpreted as an insult).

    I see what your getting at but If a Canadian wanted to say he was "American" he could say he's a North American.
    The video even agrees that the name UnitedStatesians is a bad name. Any way we been calling your ourselves American since the country started so thats not gonna change any time soon. Also when people ask what country I'm from I do say the United States not America.

    But have you ever thought that other Americans (although not independent) have called themselves "Americans" before USA?
    Also, I respect that you say you're from USA rather than from America.

    A. People of USA were called, are called and should always be called Americans untill the end of days

    What I mean is that we named ourselves "The United States of America", europe and everyone else called us america and the USA for short, and they called our people americans because of the name. We are americans by name, but everyone else on the N&S American continents are americans too because they are on the american continents.
