I could never choose 1, but I will just make a top 10 in no order. 1) Soundgarden 2) Pearl Jam 3) VNV Nation 4) Covenant 5) Gamma Ray 6) KMFDM 7) Leningrad 8) Rage against the Machine 9) Audioslave (even though this kinda cheating because they are just Rage and Soundgarden mashed together) 10) Laibach This list changes all the time, but I would give some honourable mentions to bands I have been listening to a lot recently and really enjoying but I don't know if they are good enough to be on my top 10: Rhapsody, Infected Mushroom, Ed Rush & Optical, Dub Fx and Nine Inch Nails.
Stalin, I can't for the life of me imagine you listening to RATM. By the way, what do you think of Nu Metal, Stalin.
I haven't listened to them a lot recently, but I really liked them when I was younger. Also the only metal I like is the really energetic and epic thrash metal from bands like Gamma Ray and Rhapsody. So I don't like Nu Metal.
Rhapsody and Gamma Ray are power Metal. Have you ever heard of the band Joy Division?[/quote:28q86btb] Quibble over music genres with me and I'll ban you.
Quibble over music genres with me and I'll ban you.[/quote:kq66u62p] I'm just saying, if a Metal band uses keyboards, it's either Power Metal or Prog Metal.
